Autorenporträt

A wife, mother, and illustrator, I am an Italian artist who has loved drawing since early youth. As a child, I always enjoyed drawing surrounded by my mother's love. Now as an adult, I aim to share that joyful feeling with every child. Our home was filled with plenty of my older brother's and father's insects, living happily free everywhere. That's why animals and insects are still my favorite subjects. My talent for creativity flourished during my art-making adventures at the European Institute of Design (Istituto Europeo di Design) in Rome. Before then, using color in general intimidated me. But in art school, I discovered that watercolor was a perfect match for my drawing style, and that it would help me bring characters to life. Since then, I have illustrated bookmarks and various personal projects. Not only an illustrator, I am a romantic and idealist who dreams of a world full of love, peace, and balance. I have actively participated in the writing of the stories that bring to life the adventures of Krei.
