As an author, speaker and organizational coach, Tom Toney is passionate about creating tools and resources for developing the next generation. Tom and his wife, Kathy, are the founders of KUEST Student Leadership, a system designed to equip and empower young students to become strong leaders. Tom is a certified DISC Personality Consultant with over 25 years of organizational leadership experience in both corporate and non-profit settings. Tom and Kathy also enjoy spending time with their three children, Grant, Aly and Max.
