Aging is a natural, physiological and multifactorial process that brings with it the gradual deterioration of physical condition and consequently a decrease in health. In this sense, the present research aims to develop a kung fu program adapted for these older adults that favors their quality of life; for which a study with a mixed research approach, descriptive scope and non-experimental cross-sectional design is assumed. This program is based on the diagnosis made through interviews with 30 older adults and families belonging to this community where the main problems and limitations on which the proposal is based are detected and which was subjected to a theoretical evaluation through the criteria of experts which was calculated from the analysis of the level of relative agreement and the coefficient of the level of consensus for each expert, as a result it was obtained that the global fuzzy number that integrated the opinion of the experts was, CG=(0.781,0.993,0.997) which represents the linguistic label of "very adequate".
