Heather Hughes is president of HH and "Your" Company, a leading Human Resource company operating throughout North America and the United Kingdom. As an international managment consultant, executive coach and author of numerous leadership articles, Heather specializes in working with clients, in their setting, with their team, dealing with their challenges Heather is particulary enthusiastic about developing the knowlegde, skills and considence of front line leaders - the supervisors - the ones most often charged with building the expertise of the team. She says, "These people have far more impact and power than they realize and have a major influence on the organizations they work for. By fine-tuning their approaches, sweeping changes can occur that have the ability to alter, for the better, the working world for so many others." With over 25 years of on-site consulting and executive coaching, Heather has been priviledged to work alongside some dynamic leaders; each one bringing their own unique style to the workplace. Heather is passionate about building learning organizations; places where employees at all levels see possibilities to improve the way in which they work and interact with others and take the steps to pursue new avenues. As a result of her in-depth experience and training Heather has developed numerous workshops, retreats and team-building experiences that have helped her clients take their businesses to greater success.
