Alarou Souley was born in 1944 in Maradi (Niger). He is married and has 5 children. He is a trained pilot. He studied in France and in the USA. He is also a graduate of the Paris School of Management. Alarou Souley has worked in Gabon and Ivory Coast. He is an officer of the National Order of Merit of Niger.
