Since the 1990s, when the events of the Euro-Soviet collapse precipitated and the economic crisis began in the country, the situation of the cooperative sector continues to reflect the complex agrarian situation. At the same time, the collectivization of state lands began, UBPCs were formed, there was a decrease in CPA type cooperatives and a growth of the private sector with a strengthening and deepening of cooperation in the CCS. At present, the situation of agricultural cooperatives is compromised at the national level, due to a significant loss of the state sector, in addition to the decrease in the number of existing cooperatives and an increase in the debts of each one of them. The situation at the provincial and municipal level is not far from this reality, so that in view of this situation it is necessary to search for alternatives in the economic spheres that condition and accelerate its solution, and therefore a reorganization of the cooperative model is proposed, through alternatives such as increasing the system outside the agricultural sector.
