Como la favorita del ama, a ella le gusta pasar sus sosegados días en el calor de la casa. Pero entonces, aparece una mamá liebre sobresaltada pidiendo ayuda. Su insistencia vence a la resistencia de la gata sanadora, llevándola en la noche a través de una tormenta de nieve y de una fuerte helada. En un bosque oscuro, Celesse se encuentra cara a cara con una sorpresa aterradora y se ve obligada a reunir todos sus poderes. Una vez que la larga noche y el exitoso viaje han terminado, sale el sol, calentando no sólo al bosque cubierto de nieve, sino también al corazón de la gata sanadora.
