Pablo Vierci Escribió Los tramoyistas (1979), Pequeña historia de una mujer (1984), Detrás de los árboles (1987), 99% asesinado (2004), La sociedad de la nieve (2008), De Marx a Obama (2010), Artigas - La Redota (2011), El desertor (2012) y Ellas 5 (2014). Escribió guiones para los largometrajes Aqueles dois (1985), El viñedo (1999), Matar a todos (2007) y Artigas - La Redota (2011) así como la serie Contámela en colores (2012). Obtuvo dos veces el segundo Premio Nacional de Literatura de Uruguay (1987 y 2004) y el Premio Libro de Oro de la Cámara Uruguaya del Libro (2009). Sus guiones obtuvieron el Premio Fona (1999), el Premio al Mejor Guión en el 29° Festival de Cine de La Habana (2007) y el Premio al Mejor Guión en el 14° Festival de Cine de Lérida (2008). En 2003 obtuvo el Citi Journalistic Excellence Award en la Universidad de Columbia de Nueva York. Pablo Vierci is a screenwriter and the author of over ten books, most of which have been translated into several languages. He has been awarded the National Award for Uruguayan Literature twice, as well as the Golden Book Award by the Uruguayan Ministry of Books.
