The digital revolution has just begun and has a magnitude that is still difficult to measure. We are facing a new phenomenon, which is writing a new chapter in the history of humanity. Life has become unthinkable without the presence of digital services, products and practices; and artificial intelligence is now capturing everyone's attention, since it has made the leap from laboratories to an infinite number of everyday applications. Due to its accelerated evolution, the interests it brings into play and its still unpredictable consequences, artificial intelligence can be used both ethically and unethically. Hence, Luciano Floridi, one of the greatest experts in information philosophy, affirms that we have not only the opportunity, but the obligation to give this new tool a positive form that benefits humanity and our planet.
