Elle a obtenu son diplôme de droit à la faculté de droit de l'université d'État de Rostov. En 2000, elle a soutenu sa thèse sur les questions de droit du travail régional. Elle est maître de conférences en droit social à l'université fédérale du Caucase du Nord (Stavropol, Russie).
