In today's globalized world, labor migration is a rising policy priority mainly due to the economic hardship and geopolitical crises leading to the lack of decent work which is resulting in growing and diverse migratory movements. In many countries, including the emerging economies, aging populations, and declining labor forces contribute to the growing mobility of workers. With the importance of consequences for gender equality in countries, women are joining the migration flows in growing numbers across the globe. Having reviewed and understood that well-reported situation, this book is initiated with the purpose of critiquing the scenario of Labor migration to the Middle East from Sri Lanka.
