is a Labour Economist at the Department of Economics, University of Ghana and a Fellow of International Institute for Advanced Studies (IIAS) based in Ghana. He also consults for the Ghana Labour Ministry on employment and labour issues. He holds PhD in Economics and an Alumnus of University of Ghana and Harvard University in the U.S.A
