Despite significant growth and development, the RMG industry has been facing some problems. High labour turnover is one of them, as it severely affects business performance, the workers themselves, and decreases labour productivity. Gazi Mohammad Farid Hossain is an assistant professor at the Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh. He has completed his Master of Economics from the University of New England, Australia. He also did his Bachelor(Honours) and Masters from the Islamic University, Bangladesh.
