The author is former Director of Research, BCKV, currently the seniormost professor in the Department of Ag. Economics and Honarary Director: Comprehensive Scheme (GOI). Mitra authors more than seventy research papers and five books (chapter). Sri Bishnu Charan Mahato is a Ph.D student in Agril. Economics, BCKV, specialized in Lac-economics.
