Kelly Cooper lives in a small town in Eastern Oregon with her husband, a couple of dogs and a very spoiled cat named 'Black Jack.' She has been published in several small press magazines including "The Lance," "Horsefly," "Portfolio North" and "Windfall Women's Journal," for which she was editor/publisher. This is her first novel.
