J.A. Stein grew up exploring the woods near her Pennsylvania home. It was there that she learned to let her imagination run wild. Love of the outdoors led to a career with horses, now shared with her passion for writing. In 2022 she published her first novel Knightess, the first in a three part medieval trilogy and winner of a 2023 Royal Dragonfly Book Award. She loves to read anything with a plot and makes it a goal to write stories that can't be put down.
