The handbook is structured in six chapters related to the fruit-growing tree ecosystems, the zoning of the fruit-growing tree cropping, the classification of the fruit tree species and the presentation of the assortment of varieties within each species, the presentation of the fruit trees requirements regarding the climatic and soil factors, the modality of planting the fruit trees, shrubs and strawberries, the associated pests and diseases as well as the appropriate prevention and control methods.
