Therefore, as devolution of services takes place, the creation, processing and recording of potential revenues and fast retrieval of accurate data are paramount and serves as a critical tool for the successful running of local governments. Fairness in property valuation and taxation is also key and significant to the tax payer. This research aimed; - To develop an application system and test in a real world scenario. - To integrate algorithms that can enhance efficiency and fairness in land revenue - To actualize tracking of revenue. - To add value in the already digitized spatial data.
