There are numerous referrals to the Courts and Tribunals in the Democratic Republic of Congo relating to land conflicts between companies and right holders in the ten territories of the Central Kongo Province. The complexity of the problem resolution required a value-creating approach for all the protagonists, which represents a long-term investment with multiplier effects for everyone. The first is purely social, in the sense that it is essentially oriented towards a lasting peace between the protagonists. The second is pedagogical, considering that the real trigger of this land conflict is identity-based, and that the economic factor only aggravates the situation. As a result, there are no other ways than educational ones to absorb these land conflicts, particularly by raising awareness among the masses about peaceful coexistence.
