Arif Keceli has completed his MA degree in Fatih University, Geography Department. He has awarded by full fellowship by Turkish Government for his PhD degree in US. He is currently a PhD student (ABD status) in University of Oklahoma, Geography and Environmental Sustainability Department. He focuses on rapid urbanization and livability concepts.
