The present study shows a preference for quantitative method, although the traditional method of description is not altogether precluded. In this study, an attempt is also made here to make the study conceptually in broad conformity with the view of Schaefer that, Regional geography must become the laboratory side of an essentially theoretical subject" and the view of Bung that systematic geography must move into the theoretical spheres and regional geography into a search for generic and not unique studies. At present regional wise problems are existing in landuse. The main problems of landuse include under-utilization, over-utilization and mis-utilization. The land available for agricultural purposes and others is limited as days are passing. The population explosion causing for decreasing man-land ratio occupational shifting for existing challenging problems to the landuse planners, farmers, administrators and in particular for agricultural geographers.

Dr. V.Veerannachari was born at P.Kothur in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh, India. He completed his Master degree in M.Sc (Geo), M.A (Eng), M.A (Eco), M.Li.Sc, B.Ed, PGDCA. his completed M.Phil, Ph.D in Geography. He presented 20 National and International/Conference/workshops. He also published 16 articles in reputed journals.
