Chandler G. Hayes was born in Wichita, Kansas, and at age eleven he moved with his parents to Bowie, Maryland. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees, and he has worked for three major corporations. Chandler's education and work background, in addition to his own experience as parent of two school-age children, inform and inspire his storytelling. His new book, Langston Mangston's Cool-Le-Made Adventure, motivates children to be courageous when considering and planning new tasks and projects, especially in the areas of business and personal finance.
