Rayya Timammy PhD: Studied Linguistics and Literature in Kiswahili at University of Nairobi, Kenya. She is a specialist in oral and written literature in Kiswahili. She is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Nairobi in the Department of Linguistics and Languages and also an Associate Dean in the Faculty of Arts.
