Laurie M. Allen is wife, mother of two, business entrepreneur, speaker and a rescuer of fur babies. She also loves to eat and her strong faith has always influenced her food creations and guiding her family towards a lifestyle of wellbeing. This book is a gift to her children and she has also developed a spice blend mentioned throughout the book named Larapin Mommas Mix. Many thanks go to the Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center, at Oklahoma State University for their guidance and belief in me during the process of getting Larapin Good Mommas Mix shelf ready. There have been 1000s of dishes cooked, served or shared through the years, you might say Larapin Good and Larapin Good Mommas Mix are both well tested!! Simplicity is key, therefore using the recipes and the convenience of a spice blend you can create larapin (more than amazing) flavor without having to (really) know what youre doing. You might say , its fool proof, so have fun knowing you have simplicity in your hands and only need one bottle to add flavor and depth to all foods...except sweets. Laurie earned degrees from Oklahoma State University in Public Service and the University of Central Oklahoma in Universal Studies. Additionally, she holds a Certification in Public Service from Oklahoma State University, and a Certification in Social & Business Etiquette from the Etiquette Institute of St. Louis, Missouri. Laurie currently resides in Oklahoma.
