Francesca Borgarello is a musician and music therapist specialized in children from 0 to 3 years old. In 2015 she created a creative music therapy project called Mamme in Sol (Mothers in the Key of Sol), from which the Associazione Mamme in Sol (Association of Mothers in the Key of Sol) in Turin has emerged. She writes music books for mothers and children, offers courses for mothers and newborns, provides training and works as a music therapist in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Santa Anna Hospital in Turin. If you are looking for her, you will find her here: www.mammeinsol.it Mirella Mariani was born in a small town called Giussano, not far from Milan, where she still lives with her two children and her cat. As a child, she always loved reading books and drawing. Mirella was a great admirer of the titles illustrated by Richard Scarry and of all the Disney stories. She attended an art high school in Monza and went on to study illustration and design at the Civica Scuola Arte e Messaggio in Milan. When she graduated, her first job was with her elementary school teacher, author of a book, who recommended her to the publishing house to illustrate it. She then went on to work with other important Italian publishers, magazines and advertising agencies.
