Produktbeschreibung
The work presents modern laser diagnostic devices for laboratory research of micro-objects in biology and medicine. Changes at the cellular level of biological substances during interaction with coherent low-energy monochromatic laser radiation were analyzed. The main types and characteristics of modern laser laser sources, which are used for optoelectronic diagnostic devices and medical systems, are presented. The main types and characteristics of fiber-optic paths used in laser laboratory diagnostic devices are considered, as well as methods of metrological experimental studies and features of distortions of optical radiation when propagated by fiber optic cables and optical bundles are given.Modern optoelectronic and laser laboratory diagnostic devices and systems for cytological research of biotissues and humoral environments, as well as the use of laser sensors for measuring the parameters of external physical factors, were analyzed. Keywords: laser diagnostic devices, laboratory research, fiber optic cables, laser sensors, optoelectronic nephelometers.
