Autorenporträt
Dr. John S. Horvath, P.E. has more than 46 years of professional experience and is currently a consulting engineer (d/b/a John S. Horvath Consulting Engineer in Scarsdale, NY) with an international practice. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees from Columbia University and a Ph.D. from the Polytechnic Institute of New York, all in civil engineering with a specialization in geotechnical engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer with current registrations in New Jersey and New York. He has authored more than 100 professional publications ranging from monographs, white papers, and research reports to journal and conference papers as well as lectured to both domestic and international audiences.
