Mwansa Rodgers es miembro de la Sociedad de Misioneros de África. Es licenciado en filosofía y diplomático en estudios religiosos. Actualmente es estudiante de la Maestría en Estudios de la Paz y Relaciones Internacionales, en el Colegio Universitario de Hekima.
