This book, of a political, sociological and philosophical nature, deals with the various problems of society on the basis of democratic principles and the foundations of the rules or fundamental laws that organise it and must organise it sovereignly, politically, socially and democratically for the well-being and life of the people; and which attribute and must attribute to each citizen, since each one serves his country under the flag, and governs and submits all, the citizens, to the same Law, the function of citizenship to participate in the politics of the society in order to contribute to its construction and development in accordance with the democratic and republican Constitution taking into account the rights and duties of the man or citizen, equality, justice and freedom. That democracy, in a democratic country, in the process of democratisation, or with the name "Republic or Democratic State", is not empty of its true democratic content, or a slogan, or an illusion or utopia, but a true reality that the people must socially, through the democratically sovereign and supreme Law, live and recognise themselves as sovereign and supreme
