Autorenporträt
James J. Chriss is Associate Professor of Sociology at Cleveland State University. His teaching and research interests are Sociology of Law, Social Control, Sociological and Criminological Theory, and Mental Health. He is the author of several books, including Social Control: An Introduction (Polity Press). He has contributed chapters and articles to publications such as The Encyclopedia of Social Theory, Society, Sociological Research and Theory, Perspectives on Social Problems, and Social Thought and Research.
