With the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 334-Z of December 30, 2011 "About the Bar and Legal Practice in the Republic of Belarus", the list of organizational-legal forms of legal entities, known to the Belarusian civil law, has expanded by advocates' bureau with the status of a non-commercial legal entity. Because of the novelty of the institution of "advocates' bureau" no systematic theoretical studies of the legal aspects of this legal entity, aimed at disclosure of its legal nature, have been conducted, which leads to the existence of theoretical and applied problem of legal qualification of the advocates' bureau as a legal entity, which this work is intended to solve. This publication is the first systematic theoretical study of the advocates' bureau as a new organizational-legal form of a legal entity under the law of the Republic of Belarus.
