Law in the Age of Technological Innovation, Intellectual Property and Biotechnology is the proposal to create an interdisciplinary postgraduate course in Law to provide lawyers with knowledge about technology, which is responsible for a rich national and international legislative framework, with the aim of filling the gap in teaching projects that do not include subjects on this subject. Thus, with a dual approach (investigative theory and legal practice), based on treaties and legal frameworks, it looks at technological innovations, the rights arising from intellectual property, legal impasses and the legal repercussions of biotechnology - analysing cases, lawsuits and case law, drafting pleadings, instruments to protect companies' intangible rights, NITs and Universities (patents and registrations), in judicial litigation as lawyers, members of the Public Prosecutor's Office or magistrates and extrajudicial litigation, with heteronomous conflict resolution (mediation and arbitration), issuing opinions, equipping the legal professional to enter this labour market, which lacks lawyers and is crying out for professionals specialising in the area.
