Anaele Oparaiheoma Cyril, Ph.D, is a professor of History and Diplomatic Studies at Salem University, Lokoja ¿ Nigeria, where he has served in various capacities in teaching, research and university administration. He was the Dean College of Management and Social Sciences and is currently the founding Dean of College of Humanities.
