Der Autor hat seinen LL.B. am Campus Law Centre der Universität von Delhi und seinen LL.M. an der Kurukhshetra Universität, Kurushetra, erworben. Derzeit arbeitet er bei der indischen Zollbehörde in Mumbai. Zu seinen Forschungsgebieten gehören vergleichendes öffentliches Recht, Verfassungsrecht, Verwaltungsrecht und Fragen von sozialer und politischer Relevanz.
