Rangarirai Rutoro est le chancelier de l'Université de l'Église réformée et le modérateur en exercice de l'Église réformée de Zimbawe, ainsi que l'actuel directeur du Murray Theological College. Rangarirai Rutoro est marié à Ester Rutoro et a deux enfants, Kudakwashe et Ruramai, un garçon et une fille respectivement.
