Director of Grace Owen Solutions, since 2003. I have grown an eclectic portfolio of work spanning the charity, enterprise, public and private sectors. I am an advisor to organisations and institutions, a facilitator of groups and teams, and a mentor coach to individuals. My biggest contribution, to date, is having developed 1000's of leaders from 100+ organisations based on 4 continents and in 30+ countries, at non-exec, board, senior, middle, junior and graduate levels. Prior to starting a business, I was head of Learning and Development for Costa Coffee and a Human Resources graduate management trainee for Marks and Spencer. This 20+ year portfolio of work has given me a proven track record in Reflective Practice, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Talent Development, Project Management, in which I have held many strategic, operational and specialist roles.
