Autorenporträt
Ong Lin Dar is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, University of Malaya. She holds a Bachelor (Hons) of Business Administration from University of Malaya and a master's degree in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She completed her Ph.D. at University of Malaya in 2012. Her field of interest includes leadership and Human Resource Management. Her research has been published in the International Journal of Occupational Safety and Ergonomics, South African Journal of Business Management and others. Lee Su Teng is a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Business and Accountancy, University of Malaya. Her research is interdisciplinary and addresses issues on leadership, generational cohort, employee engagement, and Human Resources (HR). Prior to her academic career, she was from the industry where her broad experience includes hands-on involvement in managing full spectrum of HR, working with the human resources information systems, spearheading HR business contingency plan, and being a HR representative for an acquisition exercise. She left the corporate after being awarded with a full scholarship to pursue her Doctoral degree.
