For over 40 years, she has helped clients identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities to drive organizational success.Based on research from 6,000 leaders, Dr. Lippitt's research introduces a fresh approach to leadership development that enhances situational analysis and clarifies critical business objectives. Her research was published in the Journal of Leadership Studies.She is the author of the award-winning book The Leadership Spectrum.
