The purpose of current book focused on studying the effect of the management style of a school principal as the significant authority that affects multiple aspects related to work of those teachers who work under him, including the aspect of professional and personal well-being, both expressed in the phenomenon of burnout in teaching work. And on the other hand, the book focused on an aspect related to the perception of managerial self-efficacy a teacher maintains, meaning, the personal attribution a teacher maintains about himself, regarding his personal capability in various fields and its contribution to the phenomenon of burnout.
