Bloch School of Business and Public Administration at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. DONALD L. SEXTON is senior teaching and research fellow and director of applied research at the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, Inc. at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation./e Prior to joining the Foundation he was the William H.
