The leadership context of these schools is often filled with complex tensions between opposing forces. Cultural diversity is reflected in many schools, therefore it is a need for the school principals the education programs, emphasizing teacher attitudes. The understanding of cultural diversity in education, where that population comes from various countries and speaks many languages, is very important for the school principals because cultural diversity is reflected in the schools.
