Tony Wall is a senior professor and international consultant at the University of Chester's Centre for Work Related Studies. He facilitates leadership development through coaching, action learning and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). John Knights is a co-founder and chairman of LeaderShape, a leadership and organization development consulting firm. He is an experienced coach, mentor and facilitator of senior executives, teams and peer groups. An expert in Emotional Intelligence and Transpersonal Leadership, he has also developed LEIPA and 8ICOL, some of the most sophisticated 360 degree leadership assessments.
