Dr Schuster-Cotterell read Psychology at Nottingham, and took a Masters, Industrial Psychology at Hull, before moving to Germany to research industrial leadership and change management. After completing her doctorate at TUD, Germany, she worked as a management consultant in Germany and the UK.
