Autorenporträt
Shon Barnwell served in the United States Air Force for 25 years, reshaping organizations on five continents. Her areas of expertise include project management, logistics, process improvement, training, and consulting. She served in numerous leadership positions and deployed in support of Operations Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom. During various assignments, she was responsible for all matters affecting morale, welfare, resiliency, retention, recruitment, and readiness of personnel. Shon rose to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant - a rank that reflects only 1% of the enlisted force. She retired from the Air Force in 2014 and became an entrepreneur.
