GARY LEAR is an Award-winning speaker, trainer and consultant, he is president and CEO of Resource Development Systems, an organizational performance consulting firm that teaches leaders how to be effective at Managing the Human Side of BusinessSM. Gary works with government, nonprofit and for-profit organizations ranging from the US Department of Justice and the US Army, to Wal-Mart and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company in the United Arab Emirates. Gary also serves on the Board of Regents for the Institute of Certified Professional Managers, and is an Inscape Publishing Certified DiSC Trainer.
