My first acknowledgements are for Peter Drucker with whom I had the opportunity to attend some of his conferences in Mexico City, for Warren Bennis and Edgar Schein whom I met in Lake Geneva, Illinois in one of the week-long forums on leadership and Organizational Development, later they would be in a seminar at Washington State University, in Seattle in 1991, because of them I became interested in the subject. In a second stage, at the beginning of the millennium, in 2001 in Quebec, Tom Peters and Peter Senge dazzled me with their new arguments and concepts on leadership and organizational change. As for my literary adventure, my thanks to the writers described in the bibliography.
