Kathleen M. Hickey is an expert on turnaround principals and superintendents. Her work resulted in significant student achievement in high-poverty schools. Dr. Hickey earned her PhD. from Illinois State University. As a result of her work in leadership and assessment, Dr. Hickey is a frequent presenter at national and international conferences.
