In this book Dr. Borges-Gatewood presents the current situation of the principalship in Brazil and in the United States, the evolution of the principal in Brazil and in the US, the National Standards for Educational Leadership Programs including ISLLC and ELCC, the characteristics of leadership preparation in both countries, and the leadership preparation program types.
