Over the past few years, modern organizations face pressures from shareholders to maximize profits and to develop their productivity. It is noticeable that the performance of whole organization depends intensively on individual s performance. The aim of this book was to explore the major factors of the job performance (JP) and Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ). In addition, this study would be emphasized the effect of leadership style on employee performance. The survey has been accomplished through the participated employees from main public universities namely Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Consequently, the results of this study confirmed the significant Moderate positive relationship between leadership style and job performance.
