The leadership war is a phenomenon that shakes the churches in Africa. The one that shook the Protestant Methodist Church of Benin was exceptional. This crisis has caused violence and death. Thousands of faithful left the church to join other Protestant and Evangelical communities. Others opened their own denominations. Several mediations have taken place to resolve the conflict, but without success. Moreover, the legal decisions that have been taken and that have received the authority of res judicata have met with a strong resistance put in place with the complicity of the political-administrative authorities of the country. Two major questions have arisen during the various mediations.- Should the Church's affairs be brought before the courts?- Should court decisions be opposed? This book gives you the answer.
